Seeing a common criticism from the final previews that the difficulty may be too streamline in order to appeal to wider audience that avoid soul-like games. However, don't know why that is an issue since the game has multiple difficulty levels and Team Ninja confirmed that people should start with the hardest difficulties because that's where combat will feel more Souls/Nioh.
It's, like ppl complaining about certain difficulties in Helldivers tht has like 9 choices. It's weird.

Yeah, and they're the ones that kept beating us over the head with articles about how FromSoft should put in an easy difficulty level for their games. At this point, it's astroturfing because Ronin is exclusive to a certain platform.

I've just seen Skillup's preview and he did not really like it, I tend to agree with his opinions and tastes. Aside from the more casual combat, performance is shoddy, graphics are serviceable, but not raeally nice, the open world is there just to tick a ckeckbox it seems.

is Sekiro combat even more casual? what performance shoddy? i watched 10+ video reviews, just few of them said it felt that there were few hiccups in 3-4h gameplay. Graphics are shit, we know. all world there are just to tick a checkbox, literally makes no sense.
he went to extend even more retarded way to say that Wo Long has level design gamey as games goes, trying to make shit about Ronin even more.
guy is just a clown who is bitch of souls games.

He played on performance mode, where he had those issues, said he had noticeable dips. The open world side quests are basic as fuck fetch quests/clearing out bandit camps, and few interesting activities ( unlike, say, Yakuza games packed to the gills with activities), hence my checking a tickbox comment. These are HIS impressions of the few hours he played, I had faint interest for this game ( not my cup of tea), but after watching his preview it destroyed what little interest I had.

others played it on performance too. Fetralife said he had 0 issues with it. encounter zero bugs.
all games are tick a box. story quest are tick a box. makes no sense.
but it is fair to said that the game has fetch quests. Clearing out bandit camps can be repetitive and called fetch quest if it is way too many of them and has no other purpose how just to prolong your game time. Unless it is a reason behind it, like good rewards or which are in progress of the bigger picture, which it is.

oh, so you not really interested, you just want validate your own opinion, i got you.
because why would you eliminate like 10+ positive reviews, even from more seasoned players.

FF 16 was also hailed as a great gameby everyone, SU was one of the very few that had issues with it and I completely agree with him on that, meaning that our tastes match almost always, meaning that I would also not like ROR, it has nothing to do with getting others to agree with me, do not project your thoughts and ways of thinking on me.

The Skill Ups video was a bit concerning, but as I have said in the past, you can never ever trust people from that side of the world.

By that, I mean Aussies and Kiwis. (Disclaimer: this has nothing to do with sports like Cricket and Rugby.)

And New Zealand people are just plain weird,

I did and I had many of the same criticisms. The thing is Skillup is very inconsistent, some games he will have one or a few problems that prevents him from enjoying an otherwise excellent game; other times he ignores the same issues because he likes one or a few aspects of the game and it allows him to overlook them. For me FF16 had the potential to be an 11/10 game but all of its flaws brought it down to a 9/10. Still a great rating but it didn't feel good because I recognized what could have been possible. I think Skillup just dwells on that feeling and it makes him forget all the positives.
