These clowns been through almost two decades of mediocrity and still hold the torch. Some ppl will never change.
Even if a miracle happened and Xbox was resurrected and became a great platform it would still not have been worth it to have supported this atrocious platform in the last 15 years.

It must have been miserable to have been an Xbox fan in since they put Phil Spencer in charge of Xbox games in 2008. Everything that could've gone wrong went wrong and they were strung along with false promises the whole time.

I agree with #2 regarding first party exclusives. Disagree with #1 as that's just fucking stupid.

Changing his tune? Throwing shots?

throwing shots for sure, dude escaped Xbox twice 🤣 he doesn't like them one bit
I have Mike Ybarra added on Steam and he’s been playing PlayStation games 😂 while he takes shots at Phil. The timing is hilarious, this guy really does hate Xbox.

So Hellblade 2 is currently in development for the PS5 then, right?........WOW!

Glad they can finally be honest about it now. I think they are in the "Acceptance" stage of grief.

MS has really screwed themselves big time here. They are stuck in a steady downward spiral. The more Xbox games release on the PS5, the more pissed their core gamers will get. Leading them to support Xbox less. Leading to MS putting more and more games on the PS5.

A not so secret secret is that the PS5 Pro is going to represent if priced appropriately, a massive offramp for Xbox users.

There's actually not a ton of big games that Xbox can port over to PS5 before you reach critical mass.

You're basically looking at

  • Halo MCC
  • Halo Infinite
  • Starfield

  • Forza Horizon
I think Forza Horizon is going to be on the sooner list of games as it just makes the most sense and it might be in a separate tier along with games like gears trilogy just above games like Flight simulator, but if any of the first three are announced its instant meltdown.

There is a huge question as to whether Microsoft games will support the PS5 Pro because if they do, presumably they'll outperform the XSX and that's a major problem for Microsoft.

It makes A LOT of sense to port Forza Motorsport onto PS5 since it failed on XBS, but if the definitive version of this game is on the PS5, it's a symbolic problem despite the games lack of performance, but that studio needs all the revenue they can generate.

An offramp that will only serve to turn the people who leave away from Xbox forever. Think about how salty they will be when they have to write off their xbox series as a total loss because there are no buyers anywhere since everyone left are the bag-holders akin to people who buy in late to a pump-and-dump stock.
