$600 to $650 for them to port there games to PC. Prior to the price increase I would’ve said $600 but I can see $650 for the base w a disc drive optional purchase for $50.

The PC port & PS5 pro videos are going to be insane. Essentially dampening anything the PS5 pro will do unless cerny has some sort of secret sauce.

“PC port of SM2 runs better then PS5 pro” “best place to play PS games even after the PS5 pro is PC” these are definitely the headlines will see w a few asking why spend $600-$700 for a machine that won’t outclass PC nor does PS has true permanent exclusive to make that hardware truly shine in the market. Without true permanent exclusive to make hardware stick out in the market & shine people will be saying the same thing “PS5 no games” “$650 to not even compare to a PC” “why spend $600-$700 on a hardware that has no true exclusive & ports there games 1 year later” people are investing in platforms & storefronts for the long turn & more & more people will ask this question as PS diminish there own ecosystem
Exactly. The idea behind PS4 Pro was that Sony saw people abandoning consoles for PC more and more the longer the generation went so offering something more powerful was a way to stop it. But if you port your games to PC it doesn't make sense at all.

These people are going to sell it for 699-750 Just watch
Nah, thats doa, sony knows that. Same discussing happened with PS4 pro and that dropped at the same $399 as PS4.

I say $499 tops, anything higher and Sony is in deep waters.

100 percent not 500 tops. Xbox is selling their new series x for 600. Pro will be 600 dollars at best. If you want to buy the disc drive with it, another 50-80 dollars.

XB is TRYING to sell a $600.
XB is not Sony. Bundled with a game you looking at $730, sony aint crazy dawg. Imma stick to $499.

isnt the base ps5 like 500 dollars? No chance the pro will be 500. 600 or more money with disc drive.

playstation has way more incentive to charge more since xbox is sinking. Why would it cost the same as a base playstation? lol. You want more power for the same price? Thats not how it works lol. 600 is the best case scenario for you boys.

That's why I have zero interest in the PS5 Pro. I look at these news and no hype at all.

All the games will be compared to the PC version anyway. Barely a difference.

Yep or maybe lower if they decide to drop the price of the OG PS5.

No way will it more than 600 dollars. Not after the launch PS3 fiasco.
ps5 pro can be argued as the euthenist option so its doesn't matter if it costs 600 or more. Its not the base product. So their will be no outrage.
