it's friday already, weekend numbers might increase but not as much for it to hit 10k+, this is looking like a Foamstars/Destruction AllStars type of situation

That he convinced Hideo Kojina to make a spiritual successor to Metal Gear Solid. A new tactical Espionage saga is everything people could wish for. Convincing the legend Kojima to return to his roots is a milestone bigger than anything Jimmy boy could have dreamed of to achieve.
The best thing now to do is just save money on marketing like xbox did with hellblade 2, cancelling the game would be better than to take a hit to brand image by launching a flop but they don't have the guts to do that.
I am surprised no one pointed out during focus group testing that these characters wont resonate with anyone unless they used resetera as the focus group, this is on top of slow floaty movement. Sony started to work on Concord in 2018, before Jim Ryan became CEO and before Hermen became head of PS Studios.
Most first party games greenlighted by Jim Ryan and Hermen are still to be released because AAA games take 4-9+ years nowadays.
Astro Bot will be one of the first games greenlighted by Jim Ryan and Hermen Hulst to be released. The next one Death Stranding 2, because we don't know when they did start Lego Horizon.
Nothing is crumbling, Jim's PS5 generation is by far the top grossing and most profitable one, and highly grew their 1st party manpower and number of studios.
Alright Hideo Death Stranding is one of our worst performing exclusives we're still gonna let you develop a sequel but please PLEASE go back to stealth next.

So under Jim and Hermen leadership, they not only signed an exclusive publishing deal but also went on to fully acquire them. But here you are now lying and damage controlling for them by trying to act like they had nothing to do with it. Because you know this game is a massive failure and you don’t want your precious corporate overlords to take responsibility
And no, a console dedicated single player Astro Bot game has been in discussions since 2013, and again in 2018 after the release of Rescue Mission. Astros Playroom was a test bed for an already greenlit game and it came out only 1 year after Jim/Hermen took office. It clearly took more than a year to make that, so trying to give them credit for that is beyond pathetic.
