Doubt it will, it's handled by a good director who turned the ship around for FF14 when it launched like utter trash and was taken done. Now is regarded as one of the best MMOs.This makes yet another middling Square game released in the last couple of months.
Really hoping FF16 doesn't meet the same fate.

Yeah, I wish they had found a way to keep the physics and particle interactions from that Deep Down demo though. Though from what I've seen, it's very possible to do that sort of thing in UE5 for a team that is interested in doing it.man... MT framework though. What an engine
It was total shit, and excessively difficult to work with, which was why Final Fantasy XV still took so long even after they changed directors.Big big shame. Maybe it wasn’t great but it had so much more souls than generic UE use…
You guys really need to stop acting like children. It was funny at first, but it's now getting old. Leave the console warfare and fanboyism at the door. It just breeds toxicity and doesn't accomplish anything for anyone. No need to worry.
It's not coming to Xbox.

The game wasn't received well by majority of the publications. At this point, it has nothing to do with the game being "exclusive" or "agenda driven" this game is also available on PC day 1. You don't even need a PlayStation to play it.
I actually wanted Forspoken to be good, but sadly the team made some bad decisions. It had a cool idea and potential but was executed poorly. I'll prolly play this when it's super dirt cheap and get the platinum trophy for the lols of it. But I am not spending $70 for this as of now.
It’s like when people acted like anyone actually cared about Goodbye Volcano High for a week before realizing Sony fans thought it looked as bad as everyone else thought it did.The green rats finally got their wish on a game with no hype from PS fans. It must feel good to attack an empty target after their thorough beating last week (with more to come)
Just focus on the game, please.
Enough with the console warring.
You concerns regarding another unrelated game rubbed some people the wrong way, and I am asking for common sense to prevail, so there's no needless confrontation.Yes please, I'm strictly talking about Forspokens reception here. This doesn't warrant or need any kind of console rhetoric.
I admire your optimism! You concerns regarding another unrelated game rubbed some people the wrong way, and I am asking for common sense to prevail, so there's no needless confrontation.
I am sure that wasn't intentional on your part.
Of course you aren’t spending $70, you’re going to get a free review code, because you are a veteran games journalist! You guys really need to stop acting like children. If Sony actually does want Square, they're going to have to do some housekeeping.Ummm. Is Square still planning to sell off assets and studios? There’s a few candidates now…
