Matchmaking being broken is biggest flaw atm. Haven't had any issues running it on my end.

It's always the biggest worry, especially for a smaller team.
You can probably count on one hand the amount of very smooth online launches with large enough amount of players logging in at once in any given year.

Of course it's happened with many online games including the likes of COD, Drive Club, Halo etc but usually Sony backed games don't have that issue Uncharted mp, Tlou, GT, and others not necessarily exclusive. They should have beta tested the servers previously like others mentioned.

Considering no reviews before launch and no beta, I don't think SIE wanted to really show the game before launch.
Could be wrong, but it certainly feels like it if we look at their actions.
