For better experience put the "Remember Aim Mode" to Global. Aiming is much more stable in FPS, but sometimes you need shoulder shooting or 3PV mode when running and gunning.

Also the graphics get a massive boost if you turn anti-aliasing on, sharpening pushed to 1.0, motion blur turned down to 0. I'm not sure why this is not the default.

Yeah. It was fun. Problem is the host was choosing normal difficulty. Tonight we gonna bump that. This game is fun

No loadout preset saving feature?

Core gameplay is good but the game needs a lot of refinement aka quality of life updates.

Objective beacons need to be more visible (specially off-red color ones - A pulsating/flash effect can work here wonders).

Awfully small font for console players. They need to figure out how to say more with less words AND up that font size.

Artillery objective with 5 rounds instead of 3, at max 4. OG was fine, why change?

All objective interactable should have a small overhead icon visible when within very close vicinity of the main objective or triggered at objective stage. Whether that be the ordinance for the artillery objective or the pumps for the Oil rig etc etc.

Helldiver's classic for weapon switching should be the default setting - noobies don't know what they're missing out, and the new default is shit and non-optimal.

Melee and weapon zoom can be a bitch on consoles. Preferably allow to map to something else although I can see how tricky it's considering the options. Everything else is fine controller mapping wise.

Subtitles are fine, when on large (should be a console's default setting).

Again... console players don't play in front of a monitior. I know devs and QA all play in front of monitors all day every day which is why they're always messing up in this regard. Fix that shit.

Matchmaking is dead more or less. Beacons do jack shit.....

Results screen is meh, better ways to go about it imo. OG H1 was better. Warbond purchase screen and layout is meh as well. UI team has a lot of quality of life updates ahead of them.

The team nailed the third person transition to a T. Congrats to them for that. Gameplay is great too.

Vehicles ARE sorely needed. What's the release map on that?

OG H1 sounds for strategem confirm are superior to the ones in H2. Wouldn't be bad if we were given the option to chose, or change the one currently as default. Had to lower game music just to get a good feel for it.

Walking speed should be at 30-40% faster.

No Session browser for matchmaking. F.

Some people advised to get in map then call for a team but how do we do that? If you guys mean 🆘 beacons they're also useless for me as no one shows up. Maybe it's because of my time zone, huh?

SOS Beacons are "Quick Play" fill in matchmaking. As in the original game.

They fucked up by not including a "Quick Play" session browser like in the original where you could see active game sessions and chose which to join a la carte.

Huge mistake.

The new patch has quick play working.

The steel premium warbond at 1k supercredits is kinda P2W. That's amassive grind. 600 is passable.

Yeah that's nasty. You already have your suits and guns but the perks "stratagems" should be saved unless you change them and have more than 1 loadout preset.

No issue here although you can enlarge it. I sit 1.5m away from my 55" screen.

Yeah the result should show up automatically not needing to be brought up. Other stuff above I think depends on the player. If you were referring to shooting modes then better go to the options and chose "global" so the guns all stick to the last preferred mode (3PV/FPV) or the other option which is per weapon which is useful if you have a sniper rifle.

Running speed I think is fine. The light armor is kinda pretty fast, medium is ok, the heavy is kinda slow. It's part of the sacrifices you have to make.

Haven't had any luck with matchmaking so far.

There is no such thing as P2W in this game even if you pay $1000. The game is skill-dependent and the perks inside armors are pretty mild and found even in the cheapest ones. Also you can get all of them if you play for like 2 months you'll have everything the game has to offer.

There are guns behind the premium warbond as well. Don't be tripping - all games got a few guns that are best in slot. Ain't nobody can tell now unless you pony up top dolla and grind the premium warbond guns as a priority. The game is not F2P btw but a $40 game.

And once you grind for the premium warbond to access the premium sets/guns, you have to again grind overtime to access those guns as they're locked behind medals. We're looking at a 60-70 hrs grind least to get the premium warbond (assuming you didn't fuck up and spent some supercredits on the supercredit store to buy a helmet or armor set) and then another massive grind of equal amount to purchase the guns with medals. Again the insult to injury here are the guns cause they're gatewalled behind medals, in group sets, wherein you have to spend X amount of war medals that multiplicative get worse with each group set to access each gun.

It's what it's. Imo folks should stop trying to bandaid the obvious as if "technically speaking" matters here. Those who pay and grind up the premium warbond MAY be better off and at an advantage depending on how the guns behind the premium warbond perform vis a vis the non-premium.

Luckily for this game, it's not PvP.

How do we feel about the FOV? I brought it in closer and I think set to 45 (lowest available) as I’m not really the biggest fan of things pulled back too far. No idea if that affected my ADS fov tho.
