Seems a fair cap to avoid cheaters and other issues.
Playing normally it's hard to believe many players would have bought everything and on top maxed these things without cheating.
And if they did, need to rest and go outside to get some fresh air (or to go to work). xDD
Mechs still aren't released. Pretty likely what happens is that some time before release devs are testing them in the game, also maybe allowing some non devs players to see and test them to do final tweaks and fixes before releasing them.
Arrowhead mentioned they planned to make a content update every second Thursday of each month. Not sure if starting in March, because they had to put extra work and focus on post launch fixes.
But it would be possible that they'd release a first update March 14th, which could feature just new warbond stuff, but maybe also something else like the mechs.

I still remember when being so wrong always had consequences for one’s reputation. Today, it’s all about engagement and entertainment at the expense of looking like a clown all the time and being ok with it for the money or attention.

I'm a Helldiver and I'm here to say, I love spreading democracy in a major way.
Going by some people's logic, even 200k copies on Xbox would be a fantastic amount that wouldn't devalue the brand at all.
