Not really, I don't agree with every decision they've made this gen but to compare it to the PS3 generation is an absurd amount of hyperbole bordering on dishonesty.

1 - No communication between big 1st party releases
2 - Keeping 3rd party titles away from other platforms
3 - No 1st party showcase now for over a year and a half
4 - No Game Pass equivalent service, PS Essentials/PS+ is not good and is a far more expensive and not as diverse
But anyways - If the deal goes through, Sony will need to actually start speaking more because right now they are starting to speak very little and its getting very annoying. No showcases, no games, and the recent showcase wasn't interesting. Where is 1st party?

1. If the games aren't ready they aren't ready. Why pressure devs to force a trailer out the door when they can work on polishing the experience instead?
2. MS and Nintendo make 3rd party deals as well. It's standard practice in the industry and has been for a very long time. I wish you Xbox guys would stop whining about it.
