That's where I'm at. She's making a lot of claims on twitter, but offers no receipts. Seems like she's just saying anything to support the deal.

Point 1 - sure, I think Sony should communicate more, but how is that relevant?
Point 2 - everyone does this, and it's mostly timed exclusives
Point 3 - ok, so? No 1st party showcase means Microsoft should be able to buy half the industry?
Point 4 - how is PS+ bad, and how is it more expensive than gamepass? From my view PS+ gets just as many bangers if not more than gamepass. It's also cheaper if you buy yearly, and even cheaper if you buy a year of ps+ on sale at e.g. black friday for 50% off.
I don't understand how any of this makes Sony a monopoly?

Sony seem to have already come with receipts that show that the offer was not made in good faith (Though details are redacted). Lulu is just taking things out of context to construct a narrative in the court of public opinion.

One semi-odd thing is that the CMA appear to have posted these responses way sooner than the schedules floating around suggested they would.
In fairness, the April date is the deadline for the decision; could have one before then, honestly.
