FTC just said they are going through with an appeal and will take a look at the Ubisoft deal, they say it harms American consumers.

I doubt the appeal will bear any results. American justice system fucking sucks and favors corporations massively.

I'm still surprised they're trying to fight I mean Playstation brought up their concerns buy ultimately ended up buckling and signing the 10 year agreement on that anyways. You would've figured they would have dropped the case by now. If anything people are better off just focusing on if Playstation is going to be starting their own online FPS now I mean it should be easy to make money look at fartnite (pun intended) practically all of their profit is from pulling characters from other franchises to generate money and its obviously working.
It's good, the more opposition, the more resources of Microsoft are tied up and the less they can try and acquire and consume in the future.
Everybody that can fight them, should for as long as possible.
