God of War Ragnorak Collector’s Edition
The Collector’s Editions of God of War Ragnarok will feature a 1:1 scale replica of Thor’s Mjolnir hammer, with the two editions being named the Collectors Edition and the Jotnar Edition.
The Jotnar Edition comes with just the hammer and the game, whilst the Collectors Edition comes with other pieces such as some badges, a map of the world, and more.

My theory: Sony has marketing rights for a few major games, such as Hogwarts Legacy and Avatar Frontiers of Pandora. I’m assuming there is some coordination between sony, ubi, and WB as to when all these games will release this holiday without stepping on each other’s toes.
Ragnarok, Avatar, and HP are 3 major franchises that could very well eat into the others sales and mindshare. I could see maybe Sony changing their plans last minute if something got moved around, or delayed. Maybe a new release slot in November opened up after Avaatar was confirmed or delayed and now Sony is changing the date of Ragnarok, hence the delayed blog post.
I think that makes the most sense to me.

Avatar probably won’t flop no matter what. It’s the biggest selling movie of all time releasing a game on every platform, and its open world. It will do assassin creed numbers with the casual crowd
Ubisoft is one of the most succesful 3rd parties in the world and Avatar one of the most successful movies in history. It won't fail at all.

It's stuff like this that makes being a "gamer" (I never use that term for myself anyway) completely embarrassing.
If the creators didn't love what they did, I assume most of them would just bail. Given the fandom, what a terrible way to make a living.
Take it for what its worth but a friend who is a Regional Manager for Gamestop who oversees most of Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois stores says GOW pre orders are ready to go live in his system
it means nothing. like i would say, preorders are ready to go on IcanEra system

I wonder what happened... the catch the leaker is a so small matter that I believe it have most to do with the actual politics.
