If they aren't boycotting now they aren't going to. These capital G gamers are all talk no balls. I'd bet the majority of those complaining don't even own the game.
The lesson they need to take is that online discourse is fucking meaningless. Engagement on steam is basically unchanged despite all the online bitching,
My theory is that the privileged access Microsoft give them (remember they got to have a hands on breakdown of the series x and saw the series s before it was announced) has given them a bias, unconscious or not, towards xbox. It's why I feel the newer members of staff are more even handed in...
A bunch games which failed to make any impact :/
Guess they're saving people from reviving games that they have already spent money on? Overall quite a disappointing month for me.
Trying to drag this all out till spring rather than get on top of the narrative?
Sounds like a terrible decision, which is why I can 100% see Xbox going for it. Their communication/marketing has been absolutely awful this whole generation
Resetera is absolutely the worst. Absolutely no sympathy for devs on this despite being a 'friendly space' and banning people for calling out the hypocrisy. But then they don't allow people to discuss AI or Harry Potter because it would hurt peoples feelings. Typical social justice warrior shit...
Besides the hilarious headline of it outselling xbox in Spain I really don't see the point. Might be some interesting figures if/when they turn it into a streaming device rather than just a remote play device.
Seems like SIE is consolidating some of the ancillary/support functions, MM also seemed to have cuts to the social media team. Surprised that it hadn't happened earlier tbh sad for those who've lost their jobs though.
Consolidation of marketing seems like it could be being driven by Eric Lempel...
Every thread is becoming insufferable. Constant moronic takes on why Playstation is doomed. Each moron trying to be more retarded than the last, a feat I would think impossible and yet somehow it seems to be constantly achieved.
Bold choice to fire your starting gun 3 years after the console launch.
Even bolder choice as the CMO to shit all over the games you've released since the console launch by implying they don't count. Right up there with Phil's 'I'm sorry Redfall was shit' apology tour, bet the devs felt great...
He's a finance manager, he does financial analysis, forecasting, financial modeling and data analysis. He is not an executive and has nothing to do with first party management.
This whole site is becoming insufferable with everyone making up doomer narratives based on at least as far as I can...
There are more discontinued than still active and includes games like Bleeding edge as 'still active' despite the 24 steam player count peak being 2. It's also missing games like Gigantic and Battleborn for some odd reason.
